Hatha Yoga Classes, Personal Fitness Training, Photography
Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes:
Wednesdays, 10:00-11:15 am: Hatha Yoga (Level 1). This is an eclectic Hatha Yoga class which includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation.
Sundays, 6:30-7:45 pm: Hatha Yoga (Level 1-2).This is an eclectic Yoga class which includes a combination of balance training, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation. The class may include a variety of techniques, such as Sun and Moon Salutations, Five Tibetan Rites, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Foam Roller exercises.
Single Class: Pay what you can (up to $15 maximum)
4-Class Card: $55
8-Class Card: $99
Functional Movement Screening:
Paul is a certified provider of Gray Cook's Functional Movement Screening. In this session, Paul will assess your mobility and stability in 10 basic movements. Based on that, you will be given a 6-week functional training program to help you increase your mobility and stability, which can enhance daily movements, as well as sport performance. You will have access to video clips on the FMS website that show you how to do each exercise.
50 minute Functional Movement Evaluation: $70
Personal Fitness Training
Paul offers Personal Fitness Training, both at Sol Studio and in the client's home. He specializes in bodyweight training for functional strength and mobility development. Paul's training sessions also may include use of the TRX Suspension Trainer.
60 minute session: $60*
*There may be an additional travel fee for in-home training.

Paul has a Master of Education Degree in Kinesiology from U.T. Austin, is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hour level), and an American College of Sports Medicine Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Health Fitness Specialist. He has completed certification programs in Hatha and Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Integrative Yoga Therapy, TRX Suspension Training, and Functional Movement Screening. Paul is also a Fitness Professional at Lake Austin Spa Resort, and an Adjunct Professor in the Personal Fitness Trainer Program at Austin Community College.
